Dr Dr Dawn Harper has been announced as The Barn Theatre's latest ambassador, joining Daisy May Cooper, Jerry Mitchell, and Heida Reed in the role.

The Embarrassing Bodies star, who also supported the venue's Emergency Services Ticket Donation campaign, urging the public to pledge the price of a ticket to 'thank people in the NHS, Emergency Services and Armed Forces working on the front line during the coronavirus pandemic', said 'The first time I came to the Barn, it was like the West End had arrived in the West Country!... I am utterly delighted to be joining the team as an ambassador and am really looking forward to getting involved and making a difference'.
